The factor which developed\nsmoothly is the following reason.\nIt depended on bold market-ization and liberalization policy until the first half in 2000’s from\n1980’s.\nIt was chosen as the government support policy represented by a subsidy policy after the second half in 2000’s.\nA small farmland is piled up by large-scale farm on Chinese agriculture rapidly at present, and\nlarge-scale farm is born.\nBut a problem also exists.\n(1) While conversion to an efficient large-scale farming is developed, the farmer who loses farmland right to use increases. Therefore, a possibility that Chinese society becomes unstable is\nhigh.\n(2) An import expansion continues by a crop of soybeans.
