However, it is difficult to maintain the status of the world's factory because of the inflation of wages and the abolition of the preferential treatment policies. Although in such a situation, Chinese automobile companies are taking charge of the only production function in the amalgamated companies and the major foreign pharmaceutical companies. At hand, it is in the situation which can't design and cannot do guarantee of quality, sale, and after-sales service. In such a situation, it is so difficult to support the next-generation cars, such as an electric vehicle. And it may also produce many negative legacies in China without being able to cope with the environment problems. Therefore, this paper will assume the following 2 scenarios for its future development.1. If the present system follows for the time being, the voluntary development of the car is not seen in from the standpoint attaching great importance to Tax Revenue and Employment. 2.
