Given these changes, the reorganization of enterprise groups was inevitable because these groups were based on a framework of a common interests among business enterprises, general trading companies, commercial banks and other financial institutions. In this paper, I'll analyze the characteristics of industrial-financial reorganization which was accelerated in the late 90's and examine what influence this process had on enterprise groups in terms of financial integration among large business enterprises, general trading companies, large commercial banks and other financial institutions. This study leads to the conclusion that the process of reorganization has not only generated internal structural changes in the enterprise groups but is also affecting among various enterprise groups. In the first part of this paper, Reorganization of Enterprise Groups under Conditions of Cross-Boader Competition in the Late 90's (1), I'll examine the actual conditions of industrial reorganization.
