 note = {A big company doesn’t beat down a little compant, but a fast company hits a slow company in the today’s competition environment called “the information age.” Thus, how the business process must be managed is a key point in the information age that such a speed is demanded.   This paper describes the control of the business process that is necessary for the speed management from the following points of view: ①fitting to the various customer needs ②keeping the settled quality ③delivering in time. Furthermore, the business process is described in three levels. There are the continuous business process improvement, the business process redesign and the balanced business process.
