This article discusses basic directions in the development of macro-social theory, centering on his recent works, especially Social Theory and Modern Sociology published in 1987. We can find two basic directions. They are "History and Movement" and "Action and Structure". The former means that it is necessary for the development of macro-social theory to analyse the historical changes, and social movement is the central concept in it. The latter means that the theoretical main theme of macro-social theory is how we can mediate action and structure. There are three points in this direction. Firstly, we must think plural levels of structures. Secondly, we must construct the theory of social process. Thirdly, we must place "movement" as a central concept of macro-social theoretical system., 3, KJ00004282497, 論文, Article}, pages = {1--22}, title = {マクロ社会理論の展開の基本方向 : アンソニー・ギデンズの最近の著作を中心に}, volume = {22}, year = {1988}, yomi = {ミヤモト, コウジ} }
