Why is not\nlocalization progressing in a Japanese company?\nIn this paper, we think that the localization of management is the key to\nthe Chinese strategy in Japanese companies and examined the present\nsituation and issues on the localization of Japanese companies.\nFirst of all, what stages will the enterprise go through globalization and\nlocalization? We will organize the development stages of overseas business\nactivities by companies.\nNext, what is the localization of management?
