I will examine the academic image of university library\nmanagement and library science based on the first paper “Theory of\nLibrary Studies Methodology”. Through literature research on related\nworks, as the chief executive officer of the administrative officer who got\nto the librarian after graduation from the imperial university, an attempt to\nestablish “library science as academic” of the fundamental principle of\nlibrary management (administration). How did you develop and change it as\na senior staff on the National University Library timely according to the\naccumulation of practical work and research? I will clarify the beginning\nby considering it according to the social context at the time.
