{"created":"2023-05-15T13:47:50.393594+00:00","id":9023,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"8b9ada61-c091-410c-9f52-e9794ef5a408"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"9023","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"9023"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:stars.repo.nii.ac.jp:00009023","sets":["43:50:1797"]},"author_link":["2662","12389","10373","12483"],"control_number":"9023","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2019-02-27","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"50","bibliographicPageStart":"21","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"52","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"桃山学院大学社会学論集","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"ST.ANDREW'S UNIVERSITY SOCIOLOGICAL REVIEW","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In this paper we report on the investigation conducted on typically\ndeveloping children as control groups, using the PC-driven concept learning\nprogram related to concepts on natural objects and artificial materials\nwhich was developed for children with developmental disabilities (Shimizu\n& Shimizu, 2017; Shimizu & Shimizu, 2018).\nIn February of 2016, an investigation based on three stimulus conditions\n(specifically, photo, colored line drawing, line drawing) were conducted on\ntypically developing children belonging to three age classes of kindergarten\n(specifically, younger class for children of 3 years of age, middle class for\nchildren of 4 years of age, and older class for children of 5 years of age).\nThe results of this investigation are as follows.\nIn the case of the concept of natural objects, it was shown that the mean\npercentage of stimulus selection as the same concept increased with age.\nOn the other hand, there was no significant difference depending on the\nabstraction level of the stimulus. In other words, in younger children it was\nstill difficult to judge “the same group” based on the same concept.\nHowever, in older children, it was possible to reach the understanding level\nof 70% to 80% or more, regardless of the abstraction level of stimulus.\nThus it appears that the older children no longer depended on the\ndifferences in the abstraction level of stimulus, according to the\ndevelopment of concept formation. This result suggests that the process of\ndevelopment of semantic understanding related to familiar objects such as\nnatural objects was clarified.\nHowever, the result concerning the concept of artificial materials\nsuggests that concept acquisition was not sufficiently achieved among the\nkindergarten children.\nAdditionally, in this study, the developmental level of each typically\ndeveloping child could be evaluated based on types of stimuli which were\nselected as belonging to “the same group”.
