The mainstay of its management is in agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries such as livestock management, but in recent years business development has progressed in various fields such as green tourism, craft manufacturing, and agro processing. The law of the Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives’ legal personality, economic and social functions, business content, governance, etc. is defined as Law of the People’s Republic of China on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives. This law passed the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress in October 2006 and entered into force in July 2007. Therefore, today it has been about 10 years of history. It is thought that it is now time to look back on the development process up to the present and to examine its role and issues. In this paper, I described what features the newly born Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives have. Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives is one way to address the current problems in rural China.
