The reason why\nthis field began to draw more attention is probably because of the issues\nrelated to the four topics, that is, “environment”, “life”, “information”, as well\nas “corporate enterprises”. However, the name “applied ethics” is, frankly\nspeaking, somewhat vague to define what is really studied in the field.\nEthics and morality are “events” with fundamental meanings associated\nwith the actuality of human life. Thus, while we must admit its “practical\naspects or areas”, the issues pertaining to “environment”, “life”, “information”\nand “corporate enterprises” are more like “material aspects or areas” in\nwhich we think about ethics or morality. In this sense, this area of study\nshould be called “new ethics” rather than “applied ethics”.\n In the contemporary society, ethical issues pertaining to these aspects\nare mutually affecting each other to a great extent. Environmental ethics,\nbioethics and information ethics should be discussed from the perspective\nof how they are related to ethical issues in corporate enterprises, although\ntalking about these areas outside of such context may not be always\nmeaningless. On the other hand, discussions about corporate enterprise\nethics, or business ethics would always have to include ethical issues\npertaining to environment, life and information. Ethical issues pertaining\nto corporate enterprises, which is my main focus of study, need to be\nstudied by focusing on science, technology and organizations, because\nwhile companies manage businesses to meet the needs in the society, such\nbusinesses are the application of science and technology and management\nis an organizational activity. Values toward businesses establish positions\nregarding science and technology, and vice versa. Those values and\npositions will take on organizational nature rather than personal nature.\nEthical issues pertaining to corporate enterprises, or corporate enterprises\nmanaging businesses take on organizational nature in this sense. However,\nas management, an organizational activity by the concerned corporate\nenterprise, consists of multiple individual activities, we must also consider\n“possible conflicts between an individual and his organization” which is\ninevitable in discussing these ethical issues.\n As a preliminary study for the research to re-structure issues of business\nethics and management ethics as organizational ethics, this article aims to\nexamine moral and ethical concepts and clarify how morality and ethics are\ndifferent from each other as well as how they are related to each other( III.\nMoral and ethical challenges in the organizational society and conceptual\nexamination of the distinction and relationship of morality and ethics),\nby considering the aforementioned points as well as possible “conflicts\nbetween an individual and his organization”. The following two points are\ndiscussed in this article: as managing a business by a corporate enterprise\nis one of the social complements which are done within the organizational\nrelationship or network with other systems or entities to improve human\nlife, I first discuss ( 1 ) “complementary relationships in society”, and then,\n( 2 ) examine how morality and ethics are positioned in the context as\nthe “topology of moral and ethical issues in the organizational society”.\nDiscussing these two points will lead us to the discussion of “moral and\nethical challenged in the organizational society” and set up a background\nfor the purpose of this article.\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"桃山学院大学総合研究所"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00240500","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0286973X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"谷口, 照三"},{"creatorName":"タニグチ, テルソウ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1031","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"TANIGUCHI, Teruso","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"658","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-03-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"02_谷口.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"谷口照三","url":"https://stars.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/9129/files/02_谷口.pdf"},"version_id":"ff27437d-9c6e-426f-8a9b-434d57ce5c5b"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"協働","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"社会の補完関係","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"組織社会における根本問題","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"倫理","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"道徳","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"現代社会と倫理的問題状況を解釈する為の試論 : 倫理・道徳概念の再吟味を通して","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"現代社会と倫理的問題状況を解釈する為の試論 : 倫理・道徳概念の再吟味を通して"},{"subitem_title":"A Preliminary Study of Organizational Ethics: “Complementary Relationships in Society” and Conceptual Examination of Morality and Ethics","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"13","path":["1813"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2020-03-05"},"publish_date":"2020-03-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"9129","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["現代社会と倫理的問題状況を解釈する為の試論 : 倫理・道徳概念の再吟味を通して"],"weko_creator_id":"13","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T14:49:06.806243+00:00"}
