"The CSR management" has bringing up "an ideal method of the management for the 21 century. And it may be said that is "responsibility management". The purpose of this paper is, to reconsider "the concept of responsibility" for more accurately interpret "responsibility management", to provide perspectives on the "wisdom of responsibility management", and to emphasize the necessity of analysing ethical problems in an organization and some ways to assuage ethical issues for better practice of "responsibility management". "Open cooperation or joint activities among diverse members (partnership)" is necessary for "responsibility management". If study of organization ethics is done cautiously, we may have new wisdom of management. I attempted the reconstructing "the concept of responsibility", and suggested "a responsibility spiral process model". This process has spiral up as "the meaning is fulfilled by sensing something imaginative", "the meaning is fulfilled by creating something creative", and "the meaning is fulfilled by self criticism or assessment by self-transcendence".
