Industrialization is a social mechanism of mass\nproduction, mass sale, and mass consumption through organized labor,\nwhich organized factory-based machine production and mass labor, and\nwas accompanied with not only the “production and distribution of wealth”\nbut also the “production and distribution of risk”. As a concrete example,\nwe can raise pollution and global environmental problems, including health\nhazards, but also the consequences of too much of a desire for “riches”.\nTherefore, we are asked to take the results seriously, reflect deeply, and\ntake corrective action. It is called “Reflexive Modernization”.\nToday, pollution and global environmental problems have triggered\n“Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR), “Sustainability”, “the Triple Bottom\nLine” (important value to be achieved; “economic value”, “environmental\nvalue”, “social value”) and “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”, among\nothers, have become hot topics, and the response to “Reflexive\nModernization” is steadily taking root. And in such responses, what is\nexpected and focused on by society, among other things, would be\nreflection on the management of the individual firms that have been\nresponsible for industrialization. In this regard, we have seen “CSR\nManagement”, “Business Ethics” or “Management Ethics”, “Sustainable\nManagement”, “ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) Management”,\n“CSV (Creating Shared Values)”, and the latest “SDGs Management” have\nbeen raised and addressed in both theory and practice.\nHowever, it is hard to deny the reality that these concepts have become\n“trendy” before their meanings, their backgrounds, and their ranges have\nbeen sufficiently examined. CSR Management, Sustainable Management,\nESG Management, CSV, and SDGs Management represent the content and\ndirection of “Reflexive Modernization” at the company level, and “ Business\nEthics”, “Management Ethics” or “Organization Ethics” are the foundation\nof this management. However, when asked if there is a theoretical and\nsystematic development of the distinction between the concepts and their\nrelation to the degree to which they are talked about, the answer would\nhave to be no.\nThe purpose of this paper is to examine the “relationship between\norganization moral creation and organization ethics” as a strategic factor in\nthe actualization of CSR management on the basis of the distinction and\nrelationship between the concepts of ethics and morality, as well as the\nabove-mentioned concepts. For that purpose, as the basic thought\nframework of this paper, I will first explain the necessity or background of\nmoral creation under the title of “Environment of Organization Moral\nCreation” in section II, and then, in section III, I will discuss the distinction\nbetween organization morality and organization ethics, their\ninterrelationships, and their dynamism. In IV, I will discuss the creation of\nshared value, which builds on these and opens up possibilities for “the\ndynamic organizing of responsibility”. And finally, these issues and\nconcepts are confirmed to be “strategic factors to the realization of CSR\nmanagement”.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"桃山学院大学総合研究所"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00240555","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"02869721","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"谷口, 照三","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"タニグチ, テルソウ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"657","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"TANIGUCHI, Teruso","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"658","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2021-04-13"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"p147_谷口照三.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"3.0 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"谷口照三","url":"https://stars.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/9348/files/p147_谷口照三.pdf"},"version_id":"5c71695e-f862-4b16-84a6-792d95d2e7ba"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"組織道徳の創造と組織倫理","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Sustainability","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Triple Bottom Line","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"SDGs","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"CSR経営","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"組織倫理とCSR経営への戦略的要因","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"組織倫理とCSR経営への戦略的要因","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Organization Ethics and Strategic Factors for CSR Management","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"13","path":["1849"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2021-04-13"},"publish_date":"2021-04-13","publish_status":"0","recid":"9348","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["組織倫理とCSR経営への戦略的要因"],"weko_creator_id":"13","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T03:28:56.080783+00:00"}
