Rural electronic commerce has become a very promising market in terms of the development of the current rural electronic commerce. Recently, China’s e-commerce has maintained a rapid development trend and has made significant contributions in the development of rural commodity markets, agricultural industrialization, and the promotion of farmers’ population. In the background of the strong development of Internet technology, Chinese rural e-commerce has been built. E-commerce has developed rapidly in cities, but rural e-commerce has been slow in the vast rural areas. Traditional agricultural marketing systems have failed to adapt to new market conditions. In this paper, we first examined the background of China’s e-commerce in the “Internet +” era of China.
