In spite of expanding share of Japanese food service industry in Chinese market, media says that some companies are facing difficulties. Saizeriya's case could be described as a success when defining it as consequent increase of numbers of restraint after entering Chinese market. In this case study, factors of Saizeriya's success were analyzed focusing on it's strategy on1) procurement of food materials and2) labor management.
