| 内容記述 | Various kinds of ambiguity exist in the organization. In this paper, we discuss the ambiguity concerned the aspect of information. So, we can find the ambiguity of information and the ambiguity of information processing in the organization. When such ambiguity exists, the company should execute the information processing without fixing the information processing rule. The member processes information through making a relative and changing rule of information processing according to circumstances. This is an ambiguity processing of information in the organization. The company can continuously invent the new knowledge from fixed members through the ambiguity in the information processing. Therefore, this ambiguity in the information processing is extremely effective in Japanese companies where the liquidity of labor power is low. Actually this ambiguity in the information processing has been useful in many Japanese manufacturing companies. Why are the Japanese companies good at this ambiguity in the information processing? This ability of Japanese companies might be attributed to the Japanese language characteristic. As a result, we can say that the ambiguity in the information processing brings the potentiality of the advantage to Japanese company management in the information society. | |||||
